HTC today announced their newest flagship device, the HTC U11. Building on the base of both the HTC 10 and the HTC U Ultra devices, the U11 at first blush appears to sport some of the best features of both. If you are a Sprint (or potentially Verizon) user, this could be a phone that might interest you a great deal. Click thru the jump for more details…

The list price right now is $649, and it should start shipping on or about June 9th. You can buy the unlocked model that will work on AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon in blue, black, or silver from Amazon or HTC directly. There is a Sprint version that will be available in blue and black and they’ll presumably have some deal as the carrier exclusive in the U.S.
There’s also a rumor floating around that if you buy from HTC.com, and you use the promo code “ONLY4U11” you can get $50 off your purchase of the U11. At $599, for a flagship, this is a compelling device (at least on paper)
More coverage of this device to come as it gets launched. We’ll have updates as they are available. Cheers!
